Congratulations Dave on your 30 years of coaching basketball.
From someone who has coached every level you can, it is my belief that you can have the greatest influence on the young
players you have on your teams.
They are in their formative years and your advice, counsel, discipline and love can go a long way in shaping their futures.
You also get to see many of them grow up before your very eyes and become productive citizens.
The memories you create as a team last a lifetime both in losing that close game to winning the Championship.
Sorry I will be away on vacation and miss your special night but my thoughts will be with you as you celebrate all the kids, the games and the memories.
John Wooden once said, "You cannot live a perfect day without doing something for someone who will never be able to repay you."
Coaches do this all the time!!!!!
