Dave --- I have refereed an awful lot of diocesan basketball games over the last twenty years….almost as many as you have coached in the last 30 years perhaps.
When you walk in to a gym to ref a St Thomas game you are know you will get a well drilled, well coached and disciplined team. Talent is cyclical but the way that St Thomas runs their program is not – it is first class all the way and all the time. You are one of the main reasons for that and as someone who loves the game, I thank you for all you have done for St Thomas and so many players over the last three decades. It was always an honor to work a Dave Sullivan coached game.
