Came to know Coach Sullivan after your legendary status had already been established, and soon came to know why. My lasting impression of your coaching that team in 2004 was how you took a group with varying abilities and made them a real "team", giving them each an identity of their own and a role they could excel in. You managed playing time, egos and parental expectations so well that each kid thought that he was the star of the team. That's a magician, disguised as a coach. Ryan had such a blast on that team and learned what a class act was. Thanks for all your efforts.
